Shipping Policy

Orders purchased are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days when in stock. Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. We ship to all 50 states in the United States of America. All shipping charges are based on weight, distance, and time of delivery. If, your order is returned to us as "undeliverable" an outgoing delivery shipping rate will be deducted from the original order's total cost.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason(s) you're not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately via phone at 763-272-1242 or via email at info@luluintfoodmarket.com to request a return. ​ Due to COVID-19 and the nature of food items, requests is limited, and your request must be made within 1-2 business days. Lulu's International Food Market is not responsible for items affected by extreme weather. You may request a replacement if an item was damaged by the carrier. We strive to provide exceptional customer service by giving you the highest level of service to each customer regardless of the circumstances.
