Refund policy
We will issue a full refund upon our receipt of returnable times. A refund will be issued to you in the original form of payment or as a store credit. We do not accept any opened items. All items must be returned in their unopened original package.
If for any reason(s) you're not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately via email at info@luluintfoodmarket.com to request a return. Due to COVID-19 and the nature of food items, requests is limited, and your request must be made within 1-2 business days. Lulu's International Food Market is not responsible for items affected by extreme weather. You may request a replacement if an item was damaged by the carrier. We strive to provide exceptional customer service by giving you the highest level of service to each customer regardless of the circumstances.
